Customers are eligible to request a return or refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be unused and in its original condition
– The item must be returned in its original packaging
– Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items:
– Customized or made-to-order products
– Items damaged due to misuse
If your item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
